Home Study Courses and Downloadable Products Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand behind and guarantee your total 100% satisfaction with all of the home study courses and downloadable products we offer. Maui Mastermind provides an unconditional 90-day guarantee from the date of purchase on all online product purchases. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase and it falls within the 90-day guarantee from the date of purchase time frame, simply email us at memberservices@mauimastermind.com and we will send you a Client Refund Request Form; once we receive this back from you completed we will proceed from there.

Please note: Maui Mastermind has the ability to make the final decisions over any refund or credit requests. All refund requests that are approved for over $500 will be processed at the end of the month.

Live Event Guarantee & Refund Policy

We know that you'll love and benefit from any of our live, in-person workshops you attend. Because of this, Maui Mastermind provides the following money-back guarantee for any of our individual live, in-person workshops you attend: If you attend an event and aren't completely thrilled with the value you received or the relationships you created there, simply contact a staff member before the end of the second day of the event you are attending and we will arrange for a full refund of your tuition fee. All we ask is that you attend the workshop with an open mind and a good attitude. We are willing to leave the rest totally in your hands to decide.

Please note: Because of the unique circumstances surrounding our world's exclusive Maui Mastermind Wealth Summit and our Mini-Maui charitable events, they do not fall under this guarantee. All of our net proceeds from ticket sales of the Mini-Maui events go directly to charity and therefore we do not offer a refund on this event. The Maui Mastermind Wealth Summit is hosted by a separate company (Maui Events, LLC Mastermind Series) and has its own policy which governs all aspects of participation of attendees.
